At Cody Audiology Clinic, in partnership with Oticon, we offer a 3-year warranty on all hearing aids, which includes loss and repair coverage with quick replacement options. Additionally, we provide a 45-day period during which we closely monitor your progress and adaptation to your devices to ensure your satisfaction and optimal performance.
Dr. Shepard believes that close collaboration with patients—answering questions, teaching device use, and setting realistic expectations—is essential for a positive outcome with new technology.
To support this, follow-up visits are scheduled during the first few weeks after receiving your hearing aids. These visits, along with routine maintenance and regular evaluations, help ensure your hearing remains healthy for years to come.
Maintenance & Evaluation
While hearing aids are designed for long-term performance, they occasionally require service or adjustment. If you experience any issues, Cody Audiology Clinic will:
Inspect and diagnose the problem using state-of-the-art equipment
Handle all repairs & replacements through manufacturer.
Our team works to make this process as quick and seamless as possible. Most replacements are completed within 5-10 days, so you can get back to enjoying the best hearing possible without unnecessary delays. And, as long as your hearings aids were purchased through us, we provide loaners in the rare case you are without, because we know how vital wearing your hearing aids are.
