Cody Audiology Clinic, in partnership with OTICON, offers a 3 year warranty including loss & repair with quick exchange on OTICON hearing aid devices. We also offer a 90-day global period where we closely monitor your progress and adaptation to your devices to ensure your hearing aid satisfaction.
Dr. Shepard knows that working very closely with her patients, answering their questions, teaching them about their devices, and discussing realistic expectations is crucial to a positive outcome with new technology.
Cody Audiology Clinic will be scheduling follow-up visits during the first few weeks after receiving your hearing aids so you can feel comfortable that you received the best hearing aids for you. These visits along with regular maintenance and routine evaluations will help to keep your hearing healthy for years to come.
Hearing Aids are designed for long-term performance, but hearing aids require upkeep from time to time.
If you experience a problem Cody Audiology Clinic will:
Inspect and diagnose the problem using state-of-the-art equipment, or;
Send your hearing aid to Oticon for replacement.
Our team will do everything we can to make this process as painless as possible. Most replacements take between 10 to 14 days. We always do everything we can to get you back on the path to better hearing quickly.
