What is Tele-Audiology?
Tele-Audiology is a virtual way of offering healthcare services to patients. Simply put, it is a virtual appointment that you can attend from anywhere using your mobile phone or laptop computer. We will be able to see and hear each other over a video call through our secure portal.
How Does it Work?
You will receive text and email notifications to remind you of your appointment. You will also be able to easily attend your appointment through a link that will be sent to you directly and attend your appointment using any smart device, like a smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Convenient Appointment Options
Cody Audiology Clinic offers Remote Care Hearing Aid Programming through a secure, two-way video appointment with the patient and Dr. Shepard. Remote Care is a more convenient appointment option, which allows patients to have their hearing aid programmed from the comfort of their home or office.
The Remote Care platform is accessed through the Oticon Remote Care app on a smartphone. Most newer hearing devices have these capabilities that allow for remote programming and adjustments.
